Culture
Through the courses in the Management major, you can potentially develop knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) that will prepare you to effectively manage organizations and the people in them, as well as develop and implement strategies that will lead to success.
For the Cultural Competencies KSA Category, you will gain:
- Knowledge here includes the components of an organization’s culture, recognizing cross-cultural differences, awareness of socialized biases in the workplace, and understanding organizational approaches to managing diverse cultures.
- Skills include the ability to perform an organizational culture audit, develop inclusive organizational practices, and further your personal ability to engage in empathy and perspective-taking across cultural differences.
Visit our Management Major Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA) Webpage to learn more about the KSA's.
