Hundreds of employers come to Smeal each semester to recruit undergraduate students for internships, co-ops, and full-time positions. We cultivate relationships with some of the world’s top companies through initiatives such as our Corporate Partners Program in order to connect them with Smeal talent.

IN FOCUS: CAREER EVENTS AND CONFERENCES
Dozens of career fairs, information sessions, and conferences are held each year in the Business Building allowing students to engage with potential employers. This includes college-wide events and major specific opportunities such as the three-day Supply Chain Career Fair.
