Information on the Penn State Smeal alumni network and the resources available to students during their time on campus and after they graduate.

The Penn State community includes more than 658,000 alumni located in every corner of the world. Within that network, graduates of the Penn State Smeal College of Business number more than 76,000. There is power in numbers, and we encourage students to leverage connections with this network.

Alumni Mentoring

The Smeal College of Business Mentoring Program, created by the Smeal Alumni Society Board and the Alumni Relations Office, give you the opportunity to learn about various career paths while enhancing your personal and professional networks. Alumni mentors offer guidance in major exploration, internship or career planning, leadership development, and the college-to-career transition.

Executive Insights: Smeal students benefit from strong alumni involvement. Through events such as our Executive Insights speaker series, alumni have come back to campus to share their experiences as CEOs and leaders of major corporations.
