IN FOCUS
Striving Toward Awareness and Respect for Tomorrow (S.T.A.R.T.): A student-run event, the START Conference brings together corporate, academic, and community speakers to share insights on diversity in the workplace, including business initiatives, awareness, and respect for oneself and others.

Financial Aid and Scholarships

Penn State, Smeal and the Office of Diversity Enhancement Programs are dedicated to providing financial assistance to students who qualify. Scholarships are available for both needs-based and merit-based students.

IN FOCUS
BOSS Summer Program:
This two-week summer program is for rising high school seniors. Held the last two weeks in June, students will live in the dorms on Penn State’s University Park campus and attend workshops on business courses, college admissions process, and company visits.

Visit Us

High school juniors and their families can arrange a visit to the Smeal College of Business. Visits may include meeting with a Smeal academic advisor, tour of the Business Building, and a meeting with the Office of the Diversity Enhancement Programs. Most visits are conducted on Monday and Fridays. Please contact the Smeal Undergraduate Education Office at 814-863-1947 to arrange a visit.
